Most orders are completed within 3-7 days depending on complexity and current queue. Custom orders may take longer. We'll give you an estimated timeline when we quote your project.
What materials do you use?
We primarily use PLA filament, which is durable, non-toxic, and available in a wide range of colors. We also offer PETG for outdoor or more durable parts. Contact us for specialty materials.
Do you ship or offer pickup?
Both! We offer local pickup in the Clarksville area and can ship most items. Shipping costs depend on size and weight.
Are your products safe?
Yes. PLA is a non-toxic, food-safe material (though prints are not recommended for food use due to layer lines). All products are finished cleanly. Small parts may pose a choking hazard — please supervise children.
Do you accept returns?
We stand behind our work. If there's a defect or issue with your order, contact us and we'll make it right. Custom orders are generally non-refundable once production begins.
What payment methods do you accept?
At markets and in person we accept cash, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, and card. On the website, checkout can use Square when connected, with a Venmo reservation fallback when needed.
